Small Animal Science and Care is designed to allow students who have a desire to work with animals, to explore a wide variety of career pathways. We have over 60 individual animals on site, representing over 40 different species. Students gain experience with small animals, companion animals, and exotics.

Course content consists of zoo and aquarium science, animal anatomy and physiology, companion animal selection and nutrition, animal health, and veterinary science.
