Students joining the Culinary program will cook, bake and learn restaurant management. The Culinary program has a state of the art commercial grade kitchen that students will use to create, prepare and serve contemporary cuisine to customers. The 3737 Kitchen is the student-run restaurant, open to the public at times throughout the year, serving award-winning soups, sandwiches, desserts, and other entrees!
